DESCRIPTION:Faculty Development Day runs on Monday 22 September. Coffee is ready at 09:00 and sessions run 09:30‑16:00.  \n\n\n\nAll gastro trainees\, trainers and educational supervisors can attend\, and you may invite interested colleagues. The morning covers ARCP\, rotation and recruitment updates. Trainers and trainees then split for focused work on reflective practice. A lawyer from DAC Beechcroft explores the legal side of complex care decisions. We will also welcome the new TPD\, Simon. Coffee is secured; lunch depends on HEENE funding or industry support. Tell Adam whether you will attend so we can plan numbers.
