A one-day symposium focused on safe and effective sedation in endoscopy, aimed at clinicians involved in delivering and training in endoscopic procedures.
The programme will cover different sedation options and protocols, monitoring requirements, propofol-assisted endoscopy and the European experience of deep sedation. Sessions will also explore newer approaches including high-flow oxygen, capnography and remimazolam, alongside recognition and management of sedation-related complications.
